Meet the Team
Ann Rosenberg
A Denmark native, but a global citizen based in Los Angeles, Ann has 25 years of experience in the corporate world working with sustainability and purpose. She was part of founding SDG Ambition with UN Global Compact and has dedicated her life to serving as a trailblazer for the UN SDGs. She launched SDG Ambition at the WEF in Davos, which challenges and supports companies in being more strategic, and transformative in how they run their businesses to deliver on the 2030 Agenda and build on the ESG framework. SDG Ambition will challenge companies to set bolder goals aligned with their purpose, governance and strategy - and address barriers to speed and scale - with enterprise-wide integration that hardwires the SDGs into business management, business processes, and information technology landscapes. The first ambition launched was Business Ambition for 1.5 C. This ambition challenges companies to take bold action to redefine business models to limit the global temperature and mitigate climate change, which will require integration of new functionalities and datasets within the existing enterprise software for businesses to become sustainable enterprises. This includes carbon accounting across the value chain, carbon ledger approach, calculation of high-level carbon footprint, and more. She also recently launched SAP Purpose Network Live to connect a community of changemakers committed to addressing the complexity caused by COVID-19. Attend upcoming virtual conversations to connect with likeminded individuals, exchange ideas and support the incredible initiatives presented by various organizations. Let's lay the foundation for a more sustainable future.
Tom Lindboe
Danish photographer, Tom Lindboe, started his photography journey more than 25 years ago. After learning the technical skills behind the creative medium at a young age, he later discovered the medium’s art and storytelling potential. While Tom’s first passion is photographing landscapes, his work now includes advertising, fine art, editorials, reportages, and portraits. Tom ran a photography workspace for 15 photographers in Copenhagen. Here he saw firsthand entrepreneurship and business strategy in action. In particular, he found purpose-driven companies particularly successful and inspirational. Then, on a trip to Scotland six years ago, Tom rediscovered his love for photography and creative expression. This spiritual journey redefined Tom as an artist and photographer. He found his ability to communicate visually connects with people on a higher level. His refined, simplistic style appeals to the eye and touches the heart. It inspires meaningful questions while encouraging personal reflection. Tom’s images provoke deliberation and aspire for purpose. His high-quality, Nordic aesthetic features desaturated tones and a minimalist style. Tom realized his desire to pursue purpose-driven projects after transforming the visual identity of shipping company, Maersk, MHI Vestas Off Shore Wind and Yara. He traveled the world with Maersk to document its pursuit of purpose through beautiful images. His “less is more” philosophy speaks to his clean, refined style. The minimalism stands out among the overload of images in today’s society. As Tom became more selective with his projects, he chose to engage with companies that took on social responsibility and saw themselves highly integrated with their communities and the world. He wanted to use photography to document the work of companies that step up where political leaders fail. Tom believes his work serves as a form of peaceful, silent activism. Photography provides a tool to powerfully communicate about issues that matter. His latest project, The Feminist Portfolio with Sandra Moerch, promotes equality and diversity and celebrates people’s truest selves. He visually captures stories and visions of global equality leaders. His ability to foster human connection and create a sense of trust and comfort give him the space to photograph the energy that makes each person unique. With seven years in portrait photography, his portfolio includes a range of leaders, actors, and influencers. The Feminist Portfolio combines his skill for portraiture with his desire to elevate purpose. Tom’s recent projects showcase industrial companies driving sustainable businesses and creating positive impact in the communities where they operate. His work inspires conversations about how to business can foster a better world and demonstrates. Businesses can do well and do good. Through high-level imaging for industrial clients, Tom fosters greater conversations around sustainability, strategy, and a long-term vision linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. He also does fine art photography for the Blenheim Art Foundation, showcased in the Blenheim Palace, a museum and historic site where Winston Churchill was born. He is currently producing his fourth book for the art foundation where he documents artists’ exhibitions alongside the artists. His ability to showcase gallery work allows him to commemorate and celebrate a wide variety of curated works. He brings the art outside the gallery and fosters a relationship between the art and the space through interactive exhibitions. His involvement at events and conferences around the world with larger corporations and the start-up community continue to expand his knowledge and passion for equality, impact, and purpose. Tom leverages his photography skills to raise questions and stir people’s hearts and minds around issues that matter through his extensive work with industrial clients, product campaigns, his showcase of portraits, and his incredible gallery work.
